- Morning sessions are WEDNESDAYS from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at St. John Capistran. A light breakfast will be provided.
  
  Evening sessions are WEDNESDAYS from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at St. Thomas More. Light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring a snack or dish to share with your table, or dinner for yourself.
  
  SESSION DATES ARE: SEPTEMBER 20, 27, OCTOBER 4, 11, 18, 25, NOVEMBER 8.
